Company LB MINERALS has successfully taken up certified quality systems of former companies and passed the certification already integrated management system according to ČSN EN ISO 9 001 : 2009 and ČSN EN ISO 14 001 : 2005.

So LB MINERALS confirmed, that established unit management system is suitable and matches the requirements of all concerned parties. This system of control motivates long term process of continuous perfection of all activities of division and also increases their effectiveness for better filling of needs of all customers.  Controll system continuously solves current problems and tries to prevent future problems.

For following period the management of LB MINERALS detetmined policy of integrated system and on it continuing objectives so, that LB MINERALS could manage the preparation on total quality control. In every, from above mentioned areas, are formulated basic objectives of division, methods of their realization and liability of workers for their realization.  Above mentioned policy of LB MINERALS specifies basic intentions and direction of division in the area of quality and environment protection, including expectation of future needs of customers and touched parties. Objectives are semi-finished into partial steps of individual sections and production units, their filling is continuously evaluated.  In case of deviation detection from determined objectives, adequate steps are taken.

Observance of all elements of system in all phases of processing of all activities is the imperative, which secures the success of business case and fulfilment of basic principle of system of quality control – satisfaction of customer.
