The project funded by the ESF funds
Selected employees of LB MINERALS, s.r.o. were trained within an educational project called „Take a chance – thus a training: Increasing expert and key knowledge and skills of employees of the company LB MINERALS, s.r.o.“ conducted under the registration number CZ.1.04/1.1.02/94.00474. The project was launched in April 2013 and completed in March 2015, was financed by the ESF ČR through the OP HRE and the state budget. The project involved 159 employees, particularly among higher and middle management, employees from the business department, economic department, purchasing, investments, laboratories and administration, as well as masters and senior employees from the factory. They passed 6 key activities, each focused on different area (legislation, measurement, leadership skills and business knowledge, computer, administrative and language skills). By implementing this educational project, the professional competence of employees and the company's competitiveness has enhanced.
