Laboratories of LB MINERALS.

Decisive activity in realization of the product in individual localities (production units) is monitoring and measurement ~ control of the quality of raw materials and products and control of the degree of affection of environment.

Operative production control demands to have these information continuously available. Therefore there are directly in localities placed operational laboratories, which are equipped with specialized instruments, according to requirements and character of operation. Laboratories of individual localities are focused on given type of product and at the same time closely co-operate with company laboratory, which is located in Horní Bříza.

 

Laboratories of PU Plzeňsko        - are specialized in technological tests of kaolin and aggregate

Laboratories of PU Chodsko         - are specialized in technological tests of feldspar, kaolin and aggregate

Laboratories of PU Třeboňsko     - are specialized in technological tests of feldspar and aggregate, kieselguhr, clay and kieselguhr or bentonic sorbents

Laboratories of PU Chebsko         - are specialized in chemical and technological tests of clay and aggregate.

Laboratories of PU Morava           - carry out technological tests of aggregate

     

 

Company laboratory LB MINERALS  has established quality system according to ČSN EN ISO 17025 , accredited ČIA under no.1173 for

·        chemical analysis of silicates,

·        analysis of waste water including sampling,

·        measurement of noisiness and dustiness (working environment),

·        linear thermal expansivity setting

and carries out other technological test of clay, kaolin and aggregate; eventually other silicate raw materials and materials.

Parameters of products (chemical composition, physical properties …….) are part of extensive and continuously filled SAP database, which is in electronic form and so enables fast processing of datas with possibility on-line disposition to responsible workers of company.

Certification of integrated system of management of LB MINERALS provides to customer such guarantee of contract parameters, that in a row of cases does not have to carry out self-control of quality of delivered product.
