For pupils and students

Primary schools

Pupils in the 9th grade of primary schools make decision on their future career and submit applications for secondary and vocational schools. Our effort is to give students insight into one of possible follow-up studying and allow them become a part of our company. We organize excursions in production plants where pupils have an opportunity to see the production, new technologies. We visit primary schools and try to present our company to pupils and discuss with them.

Secondary schools and vocational schools

Technical schools and vocational schools
We offer a possibility of completing compulsory paid practical training experience directly in our production units to the students of secondary technical and vocational schools focusing on mechanical and electrical engineering. In these plants there is a responsible person who is fully concerned with the students during the period of practical experience. We cooperate with e.g. Secondary Vocational School of Electrical Engineering in Plzeň – Skvrňany and with many others. School-leavers cooperating with us during the study can be subsequently employed in preference.

Ceramic schools
We support students interested in the ceramic industry and chemistry. Studying at ceramic schools is an obvious choice for these students. The possibility of this type is provided by Secondary School of Applied Arts in Bechyně and Secondary Technical School for Ceramic and Glass Industry in Carlsbad. We are aware that studying at these schools can be costly for a family. We provide students with a financial contribution to the accommodation and transport.

Universities

Branch of study – Chemical technologies
On a long-term basis we cooperate with universities focusing on chemical technologies, especially with University of Chemistry and Technology in Prague. Many of graduates are our employees. We aim to support students in studying, we cooperate with them on half-yearly, bachelor and diploma works and we enable completing the compulsory practical work experience directly in the production units. Selected students are supported financially, in the form of scholarship or paid voluntary work. Regularly we take part in opportunity job fair in order to introduce our company a directly address students. Graduates from chemical branches occupy key posts with the potential to achieve a career growth.

Electrical and engineering branch of study
Our production units are equipped with the most modern enginery in the field of metallurgy and mining. Also those of you who study a university of the electrical and engineering branch will find work in our company. We aim to support also students of these branches in studying, we cooperate with them on half-yearly, bachelor and diploma works and we enable completing the compulsory practical work experience directly in the production units. Selected students are supported financially, in the form of scholarship or paid voluntary work. We collaborate with University of West Bohemia in Pilsen, we participate in opportunity job fairs.
