Part of our work is the continuous monitoring and measurement of the quality of raw materials and products, as well as tracking the impact of our activities on the surrounding environment. This information helps us manage production, maintain high product quality and meet the required standards over the long term.
Operational laboratories equipped with specialised instruments according to the character of the particular production are located at the individual production sites. The laboratories focus on technological testing of the individual raw materials and products and at the same time work closely with the central laboratory in Horní Bříza.
The specialisation of the laboratories follows from the character of the individual sites:

technological and chemical testing of feldspars, kaolins and aggregates
technological and chemical testing of feldspars and aggregates, diatomite, clays and sorbents
chemical and technological testing of clays and sands
technological testing of aggregates
The central laboratory has an established management system according to the international standard ČSN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories. The central laboratory thereby meets the criteria for accreditation and is professionally qualified to carry out tests objectively and independently within the scope of its accreditation for:
It also carries out further technological tests of clays, kaolins and aggregates, and of other silicate raw materials and materials supplied.
