Deciding on further studies is not easy. That is why we open the doors of our operations and invite pupils from primary schools on guided tours where they can get to know our technologies and the work of the people behind them.

We offer students of technical fields at secondary schools and vocational schools professional work placements directly in our production units. Every student is supported by an experienced trainer who helps connect classroom knowledge with practice.
We cooperate with secondary schools and vocational schools in the regions where we operate. Many students return to us as colleagues after completing their studies.
We have long-standing cooperation with universities specialising in engineering and chemistry. We offer students professional internships, consultations on their final theses and the chance to get to know our operations at first hand.
We support selected students with scholarships, part-time work or individual cooperation during their studies.
Chemistry, electrical engineering and mechanical engineering
Students of chemistry, electrical engineering and mechanical engineering find opportunities in our laboratories, plants and production units. We take part in job fairs and cooperate with universities throughout the country. Many graduates find their first job and their further professional path with us.
