Our roots reach back to 1785, when clay began to be extracted in the area around Skalná. Since then we have come a long way, gradually adding further extraction sites such as Chlumčany, Horní Bříza, Kaznějov and Borovany.
Today we are part of the strong Lasselsberger group, and under the LB MINERALS brand we combine the history of Czech mining with modern, environmentally friendly technologies and practices.
Our history is closely linked to the development of industry in the Czech Republic. For us, a tradition of extraction means experience that we pass on across generations.
